Why are you closing?
For those of you that don't know, Loft Leaf was started during the first Covid lockdown when one of us was made redundant. Now, with everything returning to some semblance of normality, we're both working full time alongside the business.

Despite the fact we had huge success over the last 12 or so months, ultimately the rate of growth was not sustainable in terms of our work-life balance, which is why we've decided to bring things to a stop.


When are you closing?
We're aiming to close at some point towards the end of February or early March.

Can I still order in the meantime?
Absolutely! We've still got some stock left which will be available with a chunky discount.

If I've got a subscription, what will happen?
We will be cancelling all active subscriptions within the timeframe outlined above. If you have a subscription with us and have a question, visit our Help page using the button at the bottom of this page.

What about a gift card or discount code?
If you still have a gift card or discount code, you will need to use it in the next few weeks. If you have any issues with your gift card or discount code, please let us know.

I've still got some incentives left in Loft Leaf Rewards, what about those?

Any Plant Points or Refer a Friend incentives will need to be cashed in and used with your next order within the next few weeks. You can find out more about your Rewards within the Loft Leaf Rewards panel, which can be found on our Loft Leaf Rewards page.

If there is an issue with my order, how will this be handled?
As with any other order, just get in touch as soon as your items have arrived and we will be on hand to help. Please be aware, if you contact us outside of our returns timeframe, we will not be able to assist.
