Pedro, a baby Opuntia Microdasys var. Pallida Cactus or Bunny Ear Cactus, hardly needs any introduction, after all, it looks like a bunny! Pedro is slightly different because he's a lovely golden colour rather than the more common white.
Native to Mexico, Pedro is covered in tiny glochids (tiny hair-like spines'), that detach in large numbers with the slightest of touches.
Believe it or not, if Pedro is happy she will display lemon-yellow flowers that are closely followed by red fruits!
