Beryl, a String of Beads or Senecio Herreianus, is native to South Africa where she’d grow so long that she would end up rooting into the ground creating a dense carpet of beads.
You’re probably more familiar with Beryl’s cousin, Percival, or the String of Pearls as he’s formally known, and just like Percival, Beryl is great in a hanging pot or trailing off one of your shelves.
Interestingly, Beryl’s flowers are actually part of the daisy family! I know right – who’d have thought?!

Beryl prefers bright indirect light, without prolonged exposure to direct sun - a touch of morning sunlight however would be welcomed.
