Karen, a Hoya Krohniana Splash or Heart-Leafed Lacunosa, is a harder to come by member of the family, with stunning small green leaves with silver splashes.
Interestingly, if Karen is happy, she'll show off with upright umbels of white, fuzzy flowers with a sweet fragrance.
