Just like fruit & veg, plants come in all shapes and sizes. Some might not come top of a beauty contest, but they'll still put a smile on your face for years to come. Our Perfectly Imperfect Plants are exactly that.
 
They might be a strange shape or have the odd mark, but they're still beautiful. No matter which way these plants grow, or the marks they show, they're still as healthy as every other plant we sell.
 
What are my imperfections?
I was damaged slightly in transit
I've lost one or two leaves
Some of my remaining leaves may have an odd mark
I don't have any of my spathes left either

Analisa, an Anthurium Andraeanum or Flamingo Plant, is probably one of the most bright red plants you'll find in nature, and it's not just the colour, it's how shiny she is!
 
Believe it or not, the red part of Analisa isn't a flower, but a spathe. In layman's terms, a spathe is a brightly coloured leaf that attracts insects. The flowers actually sit on the little spike in the middle of the spathe. 
 
Native to South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean, Analisa is one of 1,000 members of the Anthurium family, most of which are epiphytes, which means they’re usually found growing in crevices within larger plants!
