Mila, a Manjula Pothos or Epipremnum Happy Leaf, is a newcomer to the plant world having been discovered just 2 years ago as a mutation. Her leaves are heavily variegated and heart-shaped hence her popularity - you don't want to hang about for Mila, she's highly sought after!
Mila loves to show off her vines and looks great either trailing or hanging, plus she can also be trained upwards. The whole family is also great at purifying the air around us – bonus points!
Mila, Manjula Pothos
Mila prefers bright indirect light to partial shade, without prolonged exposure to direct sun - a touch of morning sunlight however would be welcomed.
If you’re not sure what level of light you have, check the shadows cast by your plant:
- Minimal shadow = lower light
- Half shadow = indirect light
- Full shadow = direct sun
