Ross, a Peperomia Rosso or Peperomia Eden Rosso, is an eye-catcher because his red underbelly contrasts with pointed leaves is dark green, occasionally with a spot of red, and deep green veins.
Interestingly, Ross contains both male and female flowers on the same spike, and more often than not blooms under conditions with less than 12 hours of light each day.
Ross is one of over 1,000 members of the Peperomia family, most of which are native to Central and South America.
