After I graduate I am looking to go into Project Management and the business side of the design world. This is because I have found over the degree that I have preferred the research and user testing aspect of the design process.

PRODUCT PROJECT
Sun Cream Applicator
I have designed a sun cream applicator for young children. This is needed in schools due to teachers not being able to help children apply sun cream.
Using roller balls, the device will apply an even layer of sun cream on to the child, with as little mess being created as possible.
SYSTEMS PROJECT
Anti-Theft Laptop Table
At the moment most cafes do not provide security options for people using laptops, meaning that it can be difficult to use the restrooms or purchase more products. From this I identified a need for a new design.
With there being many issues with locks, adhesives and alarm systems; suctions cups became the most appropriate method of security.
The user needs to purchase an item from the cafe using there loyalty card, this will then give them an hours use of the security system. To gain more time on the table they must then purchase another item.
The table has been designed to suit the nod to the environment found in many cafe's interiors.
