PRODUCT PROJECT
Empathy
An educational toy for children on the autistic spectrum. The toy incorporates sensory play aspects such as light projection, textured surfaces, vibration and classical music. The toy is connected with a magnet and splitting the toy into two components allows the child to develop relationships with family and friends. The toy has been developed to be autism friendly, for example the colour scheme was chosen by children on the autistic spectrum and the hole on top of the toy allows the children to personalise their toy with charms and clips. The toy has been designed in collaboration with CARIAD, a group who research and help individuals such as those on the autistic spectrum.
SYSTEMS PROJECT
Feng Shui
A multifunction and space saving kitchen system for the first time property buyer. This project took inspiration from trends in the British housing market, such as a decline in property sizes and lack of space. Collaboration with Space Fitted Kitchens and Alexander Bullock Fine Bespoke Furniture demonstrated how designing the kitchen to be more efficient can free up more space in the room. The kitchen system incorporates all elements of the users needs into a singular unit with a range of appliances and functions.

Particular design fields I would find interesting to work within are conceptual development, researcher, design management, prototype development and testing, and design/sales representative in building collaboration partners.
